London audiences will finally learn the origins of the black square.
Almost 150 costumes, designs and sets from Moscow's A.A. Bakhrushin State Central Theater Museum and St. Petersburg's State Museum of Theater and Music will open the eyes of London audiences to the most important theater designers of the Russian avant-garde, including Malevich, Rodchenko, Popova and Exter.
