MONUMENTA 2016. Huang Yong Ping
Huang Yong Ping is a Chinese artist who has lived in France since 1989 and means to "beat the West with the East and vice versa." His new project, "Empires," is now on show at the Grand Palais – eight multicolored islands are stationed under the skeleton of the building's massive dome as a "symbolic landscape of the current economic world."
