An encyclopedic collection of Russian art from the first non-governmental art space in the Soviet Union.
In 1988 the M'ARS Center became the first non-governmental art space in the Soviet Union. Its collection includes works by Yevgeny Gorokhovsky, Dmitry Krasnopevtsev, Alexander Sitnikov, Konstanstin Zvezdochetov and many other Soviet unofficial artists; their works are on display at this show.
