The festival is arranged like a scientific research institute, with laboratories of sound, graphics and geometry, psychoanalysis, video art and multimedia, topology, biotechnology, mobiles and robots. Participants include Vyacheslav Koleichuk, Mikhail Alshibaya, Sergei Zagniy and Pyotr Aidu.
